Birthday Girl Butterfly Bear

Happy Friday!
So finally we are having AWESOME weather here in Texas! I am NOT a cold weather girl. I'm a sun lover and I sure do love it when it shines brightly!

On to my card for today! A butterfly bear? Well I know that's not something you see every day, but today you are seeing it! LOL! This is one of Dustin Pike's digi images. He always has the cutest ideas.
I paper pieced her. I love paper piecing stamped images and I have no idea why I don't do it more often. I think I'll put that on my list of things to do more often!
I also used one of Regina's digi stamps from The Cutting Cafe'. You can never go wrong with using Regina's stamps!
I also made a layered flower centered with a circle and a button and then it's all tied up with the same embroidery floss I used to hand stitch around the outer edge.
I think it turned out pretty darned adorable myself! I enjoyed making this card so much that I believe I'll go see what I can go paper piece next!
Thanks for visiting me today and please do come again sometime soon! Until then, have a lovely day! HUGS!
