A Boy Riding A Turkey?

Happy Monday!
A boy riding a turkey. Hmmm, we don't see that too often now do we? I guess if your turkey was kind enough to give you a lift to your Thanksgiving dinner, you wouldn't want to eat him now would you? This young lad seems to be a well dressed, well mannered type individual that evidentally has skills in turkey training! Oh and one more observation....that's one large turkey!
I couldn't find the perfect matching ribbon or such for my polka dotted paper, so I decided to make a line of twine tied vintage buttons. I really love this idea and I will surely be using it again!
My adorable vintage image is of course from Peggy Loves Vintage. She offers a cut out page full of Thanksgiving images if you are so inclined to create your very own card of "the boy riding turkey theme!"
I hope you've enjoyed my card today and you are inspired to create your own. Be sure to keep a close eye on Peggy's Blog. She offers freebies there quite often! Until next time, have a lovely day! HUGS!

Very funny girlie! I love the button idea. I'm terrible with bows so buttons are perfect! Hmmmmm if I had him for Thanksgiving I wouldn't have to buy so darn many turkeys! Might take 2 days to cook him though and I don't think he'd fit in the fryer.
