Happy Birthday Halie!

Happy FRIDAY Friends!
Today is my niece's birthday and here is the card I made for her! I used scraps again, trying to whittle down the ole scrap bin! All in all its really just plain and simple, but FUN!

I also recycled in another way. See the flowers here. They were made with some thesaurus pages that were used as packing in an order I received from an Etsy shoppe recently. Great idea by the way! I wonder if the shop owner ever thought the recipient of the package/packing would use the pages on a card? LOL! Anyway, I just used my Cuttlebug flower die to cut them out and then topped them off with a vintage button and some white twine.
Of course my sentiment is from The Cutting Cafe'! You can bet if I'm making a card with a sentiment, its coming from there! LOL! I can always count on Regina's digi stamps for just the right touch!
So there ya go! One totally cute "recycled" card for one sweet niece! Oh yeah, I just noticed...the yarn at the top was also saved by me from another package I received from an Etsy shoppe! Yeppers, those Etsy vendors are quite helpful to my crafting ideas! LOL! Until next time, yall have a lovely day! HUGS!
