Vintage Baby Boy

Happy Wednesday Friends!
I know.....don't faint, it's my second post in one week! LOL! I printed out this vintage baby image from Peggy Loves Vintage quite a while ago and then when Regina came out with her new sets over at The Cutting Cafe', I had to put together this card!
Anyone who knows me creatively knows I love, love, love joining Peggy Loves Vintage with The Cutting Cafe'. To me, they are the perfect pair! Just look how adorable this vintage image is. The toys were so simple and sweet and yep...pretty much NOISELESS then! Hee hee hee!
I used one of Regina's circle stamps (Assorted Boy Word Circles Set) and simply cut out the center of the circle as well to create a "ring of words". Just a bit more interest that way. I tied the ring in the bow, so its free from the card and gives a little more dimension to the sentiment.
I used some old Basic Grey paper just to add to the vintage feel a bit more and then added a few vintage buttons to tie the whole baby theme in. Why is it I associate babies with buttons? Hmmmm? Who knows?
That's all for now. Shall I go for 3 days this week? We'll see! Until then, have a lovely day and go make a card! HUGS!

Did you know that green is one of my most favorite colors? Maybe because it always makes me think of spring... lol. I love the paper combination with that image. It's such a contrast - the sophistication of the paper with the baby image. Works together beautifully! I love it!
