Joys Of The Season Ribbon Frame - Bitten By The Bug Challenge

Happy Monday Friends!
Well since it's Monday, you know what that means. A new challenge from over at Bitten By The Bug. This week's lovely designer host is Enfys and she chose for us to use the Ribbon Frame from Cricut's Joys of the Season cartridge. What a neat cut this is. This is the very first time I've used it and I love it! Do I always say that? LOL! I think I really love all the cuts...just haven't gotten around to using them all yet! SOMEDAY!

After I used my brand new Gypsy machine to cut out my ribbon frame, I also cut out the word joy from the same cartridge. Then I used some diamond glaze on both pieces to make them shine! Before it completely dried, I added some red Kaiser pearls as the berries.
Next I used some old Stampin Up paper from my scrap bin and cut out the oval and then a bit of green card stock for the scalloped oval. I place the ribbon at the top and taped it in place and then I popped up the layers for a little interest since its an ornament.
Lastly, I added the ribbon frame and the yummy little green flower with a red button center. Not only could this be used as a Christmas tree ornament, but you could use it as a gift bag hang tag too! Which is what I'm gonna use it for! Two gifts in one!
That's all for today, please be sure to run on over to the Bitten By The Bug site and see all the other GORGEOUS creations by the rest of the design team! They are all AWESOME and festive! Oh and be sure to check my yesterday's post for my BLOG CANDY WINNERS!
Have a lovely day and meet me back here tomorrow for more card FUN! HUGS!
