I Have the Sweetest Family!!!!

Happy Sunday to you all!!! I know you were expecting to see a card today and I missed posting yesterday...sorry 'bout that...but I just wanted to introduce you to my wonderful family.....our family has been going through some hard times......my SIL (Randy's sister) is going through an ugly divorce and yesterday was the ending and a beginning for her....we had to literally stand watch for her ex to come and remove his belongings from her property.....but now he's gone for good....that's why I say its an ending and a beginning!!! So, as I sat there watching his every move and with her hiding in a room all day...I had time to think about how good I have it!!! The picture above is of my sweet hubby of 22 years, Randy.....he is so good to me and tolerates all my imperfections....I have many....he is always so sweet to me and just everyone really.....he wants to help always. He loves hunting of almost all kinds....his favorite thing to do is quail hunting.....he has 6 English Pointers that he has trained and hunts them all....he LOVES that!!!!!
This is Justin....my 20 year old....he is such a comedian....he was voted class clown all 4 years in High School....he loves to make people laugh and I can NEVER get a normal picture of him....he has to act silly....ALWAYS....but he's like his Daddy....very sweet and loves to help people.....Justin loves his 4 wheeler is away on a riding trip right now....he will be home tonight, he's been gone since Wednesday and I miss him.....he makes me laugh and keeps life interesting around here!!!!This is Jake....my 17 year old.....I've spoke of Jake on my blog before because he helps me with everything computer related....he loves computers and knows a lot for not having any formal training. He's also very sweet and helps his Mama a lot. He's a Junior in High School and has plans to go to college to learn more about computers when he graduates next year. Jake also loves photography and is on the year book staff this year. He is designing the cover of this years annual....he's so excited and it really looks cool....he amazes me sometimes the things he does!!!! Look at that smile.....he's a sweetie!!!!
This is the kind of sweetness I get from my family.....Justin made me breakfast last Sunday....anyone who knows me knows I don't eat breakfast...and Justin knows this too....but he said, "Mama, since it's almost noon will you eat some breakfast if I fix it for you?" Of course I said yes and it was GOOD too......scrambled eggs, hash browns and toast with jelly and a glass of milk....I was stuffed.....Justin filled my plate!!! Well, that's enough of me gushing about my wonderful family....but the stuff my SIL has been going through makes me realize just how good I have it!!!!! Have a lovely Sunday and I'll be back tomorrow to announce who won my BLOG CANDY (you have till midnight tonight to enter) and also show you the Bitten by the Bug Challenge of the week!!!! HUGS!!!

Happy Sunday DeeDee. It's fun hearing about your family but I can't believe you've got such grown up sons. You must have had them when you were 10! LOL That breakfast is making me hungry so I'm gonna sign off and make some for myself. Have a great rest of the day. xxD

Oh gosh DeeDee!!! I'm so very sorry for all that Donna and you had to endure! You're right, this weekend marked the ending of one era, and a brand new beginning! I love your post about your wonderful family! I've been fortunate enough to meet you and Randy, and one of these days, I'm hoping to be able to meet Justin and Jake! You guys are awesome, and you're right. You're very lucky to have each other. And Jake, the breakfast you made your Mama looks AWESOME! Love you lots!!!

Aw, DeeDee, this is a wonderful post! I'm so sorry for your SIL. Very sad. I cannot relate to that, but I know that a lot of people that I care about are going through financial hardships (so many people are these days), and it's just so difficult to know that there is no end in sight. I really think and feel that my family is just amazing, and I think about that fact every single day. My husband makes me happy, and I would marry him again in a heartbeat, and the feelings that I have for my girls cannot be explained. I feel honored and privileged to be living the life that I am living!

Now, can I just say that your husband and boys sound wonderful! You are surrounded by a lot of handsomeness! Family is so important, and I think it's great that you posted about that! I love it! BTW, that breakfast looks good!! Take care my friend!!
