Hello there!!! I have a Holiday Planner to show you today ....this is the last item I made for the United Way Campaign at work. They are really raising LOTS of money this year and the fun thing is....the company I work for matches it dollar for dollar!!! YAY!!!
This is the inside of the planner...there is a pocket to store lists, receipts or other things in. I used a tag that came with the
Basic Grey paper pack that I used to make this planner....isn't that some gorgeous BG paper? I LOVE IT!! The word "note" are letter stickers from another BG pack...very cool way to make a huge statement!!
Here's a close up of the tag....see how the letters are raised off the page...these letters are not only a cool font, but really look nice on the tag.
Here's the highlight of the planner....the giant snowflake or should I say snowflakes...I cut two snowflakes from the Cricut
Joys of the Season cartridge. I distressed the snowflakes with chalk ink to match the look of the BG paper....then I added some pearls around and a snowflake brad in the middle to hold them together.
Next I placed the snowflakes on a scalloped square that I cut from the Cricut
Mini Monograms cartridge....put a bit of ribbon behind it and then used pop dots to raise it up off the cover.
Lastly I placed a bit of lovely crocheted lace along the edge and tied it up with some blue satin ribbon. Someone will be planning there holiday in style this year when they win this gorgeous snowflake planner. If you want to make yourself or someone special a holiday planner...
