Whew, what a week! I am so glad it's finally the weekend and I can relax a bit! Even though I have a busy weekend planned, I know I don't have to wake up at 5am! YAY!
I received this little piggy head sticker from the sweet ladies at Making Handmade Cards a while back, and I wanted to use it, but I had no idea how to until I was visiting the Papertrey Ink site the other day and came across there stamp set you use buttons with and tah-dah.....an idea flashed in my head! Funny the places you get inspiration isn't it!
I really love the color combo of pink and green and since the little piggy was pink, I decided to dig through my scrap bin and find some papers to match. The green polka dot papers I made using my new pencil eraser and a green stamp pad. I cut out the tail and feet for the pig using my Cricut Animal Kingdom cartridge.
I made the tickled pink tag using my Printmaster program. Then for a a dab of bling I dotted the I's with a pink crystal.
The green flower, pink dotted yo-yo and flower brad all came in a kit I got at Sweetarts Paperie. I also decorated the inside of the card to match the outside. This was such a fun card to make. I love it when a plan comes together the way I wanted it to! *wink*
That's all for now. THANK YOU for visiting me today. Please join me again next time for more card fun! HUGS!
