3D Pumpkin Tag

Do you ever give little gifts of baked goodies during the holidays?  Like maybe a loaf of yummy pumpkin bread?  This would be a cute tag to attach to it.
Or it could be used for your scrapbook page for the Thanksgiving holiday too.  So many different ideas.
I created the pumpkin using my round scalloped Nesties.  It took 4 circles.  I scored them in the middle and then glued them together to create the 3D look.
Sometime I love using the non traditional colors of a season to create my paper goodies.  Sometime we just have to be different huh?  By the way, the Thankful stamp is a Kim Hughes stamp.  Love her!
Tags are so fun to put together and create.  This one along with one in peachy colors is available in my Etsy shop.  I've also added lots of Christmas goodies too!  Go take a peek if you'd like!

Thanks for stopping by today. Please come again really soon, but until then...have a lovely day!  HUGS! :)

Scrappy Thanksgiving Card

Being true to the name of my blog, this is an all the way scrappy card!  I used all scraps from my scrap bin.  I love doing that!
These papers are all old, but still beautiful, especially when they are grouped together like so.
I used a Martha Stewart punch for the little leaves.  I punched one from old book page and one from orange paper and then just slightly off set them together to create this look.
These rhinestones look blue in the photos, but they are actually a deep emerald green.  Not sure what happened there!
For me its fun to sit in the floor and pull out little scraps of paper that go together and then create a fun card with them.  This scrappy cutie is for sale in my Etsy store if you're interested.

Three Little Stamped Pumpkins

I haven't stamped in so long that I have forgotten how much I love the coloring part of it! So fun!  When I saw this card on Pinterest, I had to make one too!
You can see my inspiration HERE.  Of course I used a different pumpkin stamp for my card, but I think it turned out pretty cute anyways!
I used a Kim Hughes stamp set for the pumpkins.  Since the stamp was a single pumpkin, I had to use the masking technique to layer them.  I'm amazed I remember all this stuff! LOL!

I used my Copic markers to color them in.  I'm a bit rusty at shading, but practice makes perfect, right?
The Happy Thanksgiving sentiment is from the same Kim Hughes stamp set.  It's an old set from Cornish Heritage Farms called "Let's Get Stuffed".  I'm not sure if its available anymore, but maybe you can find it on Ebay or maybe another set close to it in Kim's new store called Paper Smooches.

Thanks for stopping by today. Please come again really soon, but until then...have a lovely day!  HUGS! :)

P.S. This card is for sale in my Etsy shop if you're interested!

Sweet Little Button Pumpkin Card

Hello there! I have another Thanksgiving card to share with you.  As you may or may not know, I love Pinterest and I love pinning ideas I want to try later.  This card is one of the ideas I saved.  You can see my inspiration HERE.  Thanks so much for the idea nice lady!
Her card was made using a stamp set called "Button Buddies" which I don't have, so I improvised and drew in my stem and vine.
Such an adorable idea too!  I may need to look into what other ideas the "Button Buddies" set offers.
I created the little Happy Thanksgiving sentiment banner by printing the words on white card stock using my home printer and then cutting out the words in a banner shape.
The little pumpkin piece and the sentiment banner are popped off the card using foam tape.
Such a fun and easy card to put together.  You can find it for sale in my Etsy shop if you're interested.

Happy Harvest Pumpkin Tag

Are you ready for Thanksgiving and all its yummy food?  My favorite part is my Mama's dressing and of course the fact that I get to see all my family in one place!  I've been playing in my craft room again!
I made this little tag using Kraft card stock, a couple of stamps and some recycled paper for the pumpkins.  Everything I used was left over scraps.  I love using up my scraps!
The happy harvest stamp is a Kim Hughes stamp and the big flower stamp is a foam stamp I got at Hobby Lobby forever ago.  I used my Nesties to make the pumpkins.  You can go HERE to see how I make them.
This tag is 6" x 2 1/2" and is for sale in my Etsy shop with lots of other holiday goodies!
