I chose Hamilton for this card because it's for a little boy and it's his first birthday....little boys and dogs go together....right? I also wanted to give the card lots of textures and interest for a one year old to discover. Hamilton and the "one" are popped up off the card with pop dots adding yet another layer to the already ongoing layers on this card. The "one" is a fun shaped "one" that I cut out using my Cricut Storybook cartridge. I also used my all time favorite...the Happy Birthday Cuttlebug embossing folder....love that one!! Oh and of course, I always love putting ric-rac on a boy's card...so I used a big ole jumbo piece of green ric-rac and then finished everything off with some Rain Dots....yep...I love those too!!! Oh and BTW...this is some Nana's Kids paper from the boy stack.....so bright and colorful....it's FUN!!! That's all for Hamilton and I....be sure to check back with me for more fun stuff tomorrow....I received my package of some oh so lovely goodies from Sweet Arts Paperie yesterday....and oh boy did I make something really cute last night that I want to share with you.....so stay tuned!!! HUGS!!!!
