Merry Christmas!!!

Yes, yes...I do know it's a bit early for that greeting....but I'm still trying to do a few Christmas cards all along so that I don't find myself rushing at the last minute to finish....I usually make around 50 to send out.
This card was made using one of the weekly challenges over at Hallmark Scrapbook. Every week we have a different challenge posted using a certain Cricut cartridge and then we pick out a cut to use....it's a fun way to get to know your cartridges and also get cards made you need to make. I used the Cricut Joys of the Season cartridge to cut out the calling bird and also the book plate there...that's a Tim Holtz grungeboard piece that I covered in burgundy Stickles.
Of course I used my Martha Stewart doily border punch and the paper is by The Paper Studio....it's very pretty paper....it reminds me of old, old wall paper. Well, that's about it.....you really should join us if you can....right now the current challenge is a Halloween project and the very lovely and talented Nancy is offering up a prize too....so hurry on over and check it out HERE!!!! Thanks for dropping by to see me today....even though I have to go to work today....it's still gonna be a beautiful Texas day!!! HUGS!!!
