Vintage Thanksgiving Turkey Card

Happy Friday!
Are you ready for Thanksgiving? I am! I love to visit with family and EAT all that yummy food! My Mama makes the best dressing in the world! Yes, I did say the world! Ha!

Today's card is featuring a vintage image from Peggy Loves Vintage, its from the Thanksgiving Cut Out page. Now, if you don't know about Peggy and all her wonderful vintage images, well get yourself on over there now and check her out! WARNING! You will be there for a while ooohing and aaahing! Hee hee!
I printed Mr. Turkey on white Bazzill paper in hopes he would pop off the card. I think I've achieved that little detail! LOL! Again, I know I've said it a million and one times, but I love printing these images on textured paper. It just adds to the vintage feel to me!
I added 3 yummy flowers and then centered them with a vintage button and some of the embroidery floss I used to stitch around the edges.
I also added a Kim Hughes stamp on the card front and then some more fun paper inside to tie the whole card together. Don't forget to decorate the inside of your card, it just makes it that more special to the person who receives it!
That's it for me and my very first Thanksgiving card for 2010. I hope you've enjoyed it and was inspired to make your own turkey cards as well! Until next time, have a lovely day! HUGS!
