Vintage Ornament Card - Weekly Challenge

Happy Hump Day Yall!!! We are half way through the week now.....getting closer to the weekend!!! YAY!!! So, as I promised I have another card I made using my Cricut Wild Card cartridge....it's an old fashioned ornament card with a envelope that features a Christmas tree. My Mamaw had ornaments on her Christmas tree that were shaped like this one......they were pink and very shiny....almost pearlesant. When my Mamaw got older...it was my job to put up her tree every year and I loved it because she had so many beautiful vintage ornaments.....I sure wish I had some of those to adorn my tree!!!

The neatest trick to making these card and envelope combos is that you cut your envelope first using the "Fit to Page" feature and watch when it tells you what size it's cutting, then adjust the dial to that size to cut your cards and all its accessories. Easy peasy I tell ya!!!! Oh BTW...the paper is by Kaiser...dontcha just love it?

I made this card for the weekly challenge over at Hallmark Scrapbook's message board. This week we were challenged to use any Santa hat from any cartridge that has one....mine is from the Cricut Joys of the Season cartridge.
