Yep it's RED and it's a Gift Set!

Happy Sunday Yall!! It's another glorious sunny day here in Texas and I LOVE IT!!! You know what else I love? The color RED...if you follow my blog you probably already knew that by now...I really have to keep myself from making everything RED!!! Well, the reason I made this set red is because just recently I found out that a friend of mine loves red too...I made this set for her!!

As I do every day....I was blog hopping and one of my regular stops is Mish Mash....if you want to see talent.....go see Mish!!! WOW!!! Anyway, she posted her Holiday Gift Ensemble and I knew right then I wanted to make one too. So I did!!! Well, mine is not a holiday set...but you know!

This is the note pad part of the set....you use one of those little Jr. note pads inside. You can buy them in a bulk pack at WM or the office supply store.

See, this is the inside of the note pad holder.....I forgot to take a picture of it filled, but the left hand side of this holder has a pocket.....you can stash important stuff in there!!

I also made 3 little matching cards to go with it....you know, for those just in case times you need a quick little card to send out or give with a gift.

All these YUMMY papers are Stampin' Up! as well as the flower stamp set called "Doodle This". The word stamps I used on the cards are a set by Kim Hughes from Cornish Heritage Farms called "Scripty Words" I *heart* that set!!! I use it ALL THE TIME!!!! Now, if you wanna make one of these cute little sets.....see Mish's post for all the directions.....then tell me when you have yours posted....'cause I wanna see it!!!
