Peggy's FREE Vintage Pilgrim and Indian

Happy Wednesday!
I've been enjoying making all the Fall cards lately, but when I spotted this cute little vintage image over at Peggy Loves Vintage Blog for FREE.....I had to make a Thanksgiving card!
Isn't this an adorable image?  I think two little boys ate way too much and are feeling the affects now! Heehee!
In case you're new to my blog, I always use textured paper to print my vintage images on.  To me it gives a more vintage look and adds to the charm of vintage images.
I used my Cricut Expressions machine and my Doodlecharms cartridge to cut out the little leaf, then I inked the edges to define it a bit more.  The orange paper you see here is a frozen dinner box I up-cycled.  Oh and of course...a bit more cork!
Let's get stuffed is a stamp from a Kim Hughes set.  My very first Kim Hughes stamp set to be exact.  It was perfect for this image!
I am loving this little card and how stinkin' adorable it is!  Peggy has so many cute, adorable fun, beautiful and playful images over at her store. If you haven't visited her yet...you really should! Don't forget to go grab your freebie from her blog and make your own Thanksgiving card.  Leave Peggy some comment love and please let her know I sent you!

Thanks for dropping by today. Please come again really soon, but until then...have a lovely day!  HUGS! :)

  5. This is one of those images that makes you go "awwwwwwww". Love what you did with it, and I was smiling ear to ear when I saw your "recycled" paper. I still have some left that you sent me and find it hard to let go or use. I still pull out the card you made me last Fall and display it in my craft room. Hope you are well! Best, Curt
