I had an old wreath I made several years ago that was just a little out of date, so I disassembled it and recreated this one! I purchased all my goodies at Hobby Lobby. All of it was on sale: {Wreath - recycled} tensile garland $3, ribbon $1.50, birdie pick .75, gift pick $1.50 and the beaded branch was $2. So my total cost was $8.75. You certainly can't buy one already made up for that price. {I looked}
I think the silver against the blue, its just so lovely! I adore the beads on the sweet little bird. I loved it so much I was trying to make it into a holiday hair piece and then woke up and decided against it! LOL! :)
I didn't use any glue or wire at all. I just wrapped the tensile around the wreath and tied it in back, then stuck the picks in through the wreath, bent them around the back and tucked them in and then tied the bow on. The wind has been blowing like crazy here, so its been well tested! We also strung up lots of blue lights around the porch, so at night, it just a lovely blue site to see!
Thank you for visiting me today. I hope you make a tensile wreath for yourself or maybe create one to give as a gift when you go to one of your many holiday parties this season, your hostess would love you for it! ;) Until next time! HUGS!

Awesome! I love the wreath. The birdie is too die for but I'm not sure about it being a hair piece. Maybe it's a good thing you came to your senses lmbo
