Peggy Loves Vintage Boys Card

Hi there! Happy Monday!
Do you have a hard time making boy cards? Well, I used to make it really hard on myself until I finally came to the conclusion that "boy cards should be SIMPLE"! So now, I just make the card in the layout I want and go ever so sparingly on the embellies! This little card is for my cousin's little boy and I used one of Peggy's little cuties for my main card image.
All I used for embellishment, as you can see, is a scrap piece of brown ric-rac, a vintage button (with the thread still in! YAY! I LOVE that!), a metal initial and a few dew drops and that's it! Still very boyish yet cute...I think! LOL!
And of course the image from Peggy Loves Vintage is already cute so all you have to do with it is print it out, trim it up, mat it and place it on your card!
Oh yeah and while I had Peggy's image on the page of my Printmaster program, I added the sentiment in and then printed it out. Kids love to see their names on things for them, so I love adding that little touch when I can!
So, that's all for today post. Until next time, enjoy your day! HUGS!
