The Happy New Year border and the hat are two separate stamps....I just combined the two. I printed the hat and flower twice...once on the white card stock and then again on the printed papers. I cut out the one on the printed paper and pieced them back together.
The background paper and flower paper is Basic Grey and the paper the hat is from is some of my downloaded paper from Raspberry Road Designs. I love it!! The collection is called Christmas Spirit. I love how this card turned out!!!
THANKS for visiting me today!!! Join me again tomorrow for more card FUN!!! HUGS!

I love the cards you make. I make cards and do scrapbooking ( mostly make scrapbooks for my children and their family.)
