Here's a blurb from the site: What is the MACS website about? The stories of courageous kids that you'll read on this website will touch your heart. Here, kids with life threatening illnesses are featured monthly. All we ask, is that you mail a nice card and/or gift to our Featured Kids of the Month and help put a smile on the faces of children battling chronic illnesses.
This little car is from the Mickey and Friends cartridge. The pink part of the car is cut out of craft foam...you know, the really thin type foam...I used my deep cutting blade for my Cricut....that thing cuts like butter!!! The "fabulous" is cut from the Graphically Speaking cartridge. Since I chose 3 little girls to send to...I added LOTS of bling 'cause girls love blink...right? The hubcaps are old buttons out of my vintage button stash.
This card will be able to stand anywhere they would like to sit it up....these are so much fun to make and even more fun when you are making it for a girl.....it lets you really add lots of
fun details that make it special for someone that really needs a little extra something!!!!Wouldn't it be COOL if you really could drive a car like this.....talk about stylin'!!! LOL!! Okay, whataya say.....join me in making a card or two? Just leave me a note in this post and I'll add you to my list of Angels!!! It'll make you feel good....and just imagine the smile you will put on a sweet child's face!!! A great big THANK YOU to those ladies who've already signed up!!! Okay, that's it for today....please join me tomorrow for more card FUN!!! HUGS!!!

"Am I Embarrassing You?"
{Moms have an uncanny knack for questioning the obvious.}
Because after a certain age, no matter what a mother is doing or saying-or how cool she is dressed-her child will be mortified just by her very existence.
I'd be happy to make cards for the kids. My daughter's brownie troop might also be interested in doing this as a project. I'll let you know!
