Candy Corn Anyone?

Happy Saturday to you!! I know it's still a bit early for Halloween, but I really can't stop making Halloween stuff and ever since I made my first cake box a while ago...I've been thinking of other designs I could do with the cut...so the idea of standing it up on it's end and making a piece of candy corn out of it came to me.
I also thought it needed a matching card...you know, in case you give it filled with candy corn and you want to write a little note along with it. The inside of the card is stamped with To and From.
For the box I used my Cricut Tags, Bags, Boxes & More cartridge... Then I used a Daisy D's rub on and some swirly stamps to decorate it. I also decided to stitch the different colors together for a little added interest.
Of course I had to use my Martha Stewart "dripping goo" border punch around the edges of the box. Around the top edge I used my computer and printed my favorite funny Halloween saying...Trick or Treat, Smell my feet, Give me something good to eat! I think that saying is so funny!!! I can remember saying it at Halloween time when we were kids.
For the card...I designed it with my Cricut Design Studio Software.....I would be glad to share the cut file...just email me and let me know if you want it. Oh and by the way...this little set will be for sale in my Etsy store. THANKS for stopping in today....be sure to check back Monday for another new post!! Click here for BLOG CANDY!!!

I wonder if you could use DS to maybe round off the edges of the cake box... don't know.

I will PM or email you to get the cut file for the card. They're great!
