Well here I am again with a few more cards I've made using Kazan's sketch #9. I was invited to be a guest designer for 2 Sketches 4 You this week and I just had the best time creating some fun stuff with this sketch. Be sure to go check them out over at 2S4Y....you could win a Scor-it!
My sweet friend Sherri, who I just came back from visiting in Reno sent me this sweet little stamped image....isn't it CUTE!!!! TODAY is Sherri's Birthday...HAPPY BIRTHDAY SHERRI!!!The sentiment is done using a Kim Hughes stamp set called Hugs and Kisses.
I used my Copic markers to color the image...have you tried those yet....I will never buy another brand of markers....WOW, they are awesome!!! Look HERE for a lovely sample of this image....I copied how she colored hers!!!
As you can see here...I used a Double Accordion Gate Fold card for my base....it stands up by itself so the receiver can display it for others to see and admire. The scalloped oval was cut using my Cricut Alphalicious cartridge. Hallmark Scrapbook has them on sale right now.....all of their Cricut cartridges are on sale.....go check it out!!!
Here's another little lovely....it's a fall card.....I love fall cards....I'm stuck making them right now....but I love to send one to all of my family so I have a bunch to make. I used another Kim Hughes stamp called Kissable Tree for the background paper.
This is the cutest pumpkin.....I like it the best 'cause it has the curly vine on the leaf....I cut it from my Cricut Happily Ever After cartridge....it's Cinderella's pumpkin. The paper is the Cosmo Cricket Haunted line....I love that line...it's all YUMMY!!!
I popped the pumpkin up off the card for an extra little touch of interest and then I tied a big ole tulle bow, added a few rhinestones on the leaves and tah dah....one more fall card done!!! THANK YOU so much for visiting me today....please sure to join in the fun over at 2 Sketches 4 You.....the designers are awesome and the cards are pure eye candy!!!!
