S W A K!

Happy Thursday!
How are you today? I'm good so far!! My MIL invited us all over for supper last night and a good time was had by all....of course I ate way too much...I can't resist her cooking ya know!
I wanted to show you these very simple candy bar wrappers I made for my boys and my nephews. I try to stay very plain and simple when making stuff for my boys.
I used one of the fun print outs from THE CUTTING CAFE'. Of course you get lots more on the set than just these cute lips that are "Sealed With A Kiss!" Just pop on over to TCC and order up the downloads you want and Regina will email them to you and then you'll have them on your computer forever! Now how cool is that!! I used my Nesties to cut out my printable stamp...they are perfect for doing that!
I used some flocking on the lips...let me just say, that I will need to practice with using this stuff a bit more...there is some learning to do to get it all filled in without going past the lines.....practice, practice, practice!

That's it for today, thanks for swinging by to see me...I hope you have a lovely day and remember to sign up for the giveaway HERE if you haven't already done so. Please join me tomorrow for more card FUN! HUGS!

Nice candy wrappers ! Yes, the flock and really make a fuzzy card if you aren't very careful. LOL
I have thought about using brown flocking and making a big fuzzy bear card.
I just sent you an email.
You have a great day.

DeeDee, these are precious! Adorable! The last time I did some flocking, I used a Martha Stewart glue pen to lightly outline the image then smeared the main part with glue. Worked really well. Also, if the entire stamped image is going to get flocked, I have also used a glue pad (looks just like an ink pad only you put glue on it). Stamp the stamp in that and then stamp it on the paper, then flock. Works wonderfully well. Best, Curt
