Get Well Soon

Hello there!!! Did you make it through the busiest shopping day of the year yesterday? We did and "mission accomplished"...we found both of the items we were looking for...along with a few more items!!!! YAY!!! If you are one of my friends from across the pond....be glad you missed all the hustle and bustle.....hee hee hee!!!!
So, let's get to this card now.....my son Jake has a teacher that is really ill right now and he wanted me to make her a card to try and cheer her up. I made this medallion with the Cricut Mini Monograms cartridge then used my Printmaster program and some some goodies from Scrapnfonts again...I printed the design on to the the scalloped circle.....loves it!!!!
Jake told me that in her younger days, she was a ballerina.....so I chose the dancing lady on the Cricut Joys of the Season cartridge. Isn't she lovely? You can click on the picture and zoom in to see her little tutu....I made it out of a tiny piece of tulle and some baby ric-rac. I placed her on a panel that I embossed with the Cuttlebug textile folder. The paper is Melissa Francis and the ribbon is Stampin' Up.
That's about it for this little card....please join me tomorrow for another sweet little card. THANKS for stopping in to see me....OH!!!!! Did you see my banner with the snowflakes? Yep, Jake did that.....he amazes me with the stuff he comes up with......I think it's really COOL!!!! HUGS!!!!

"You Made Your Bed, Now Lie In It."
{This is another way of saying "You brought this on yourself" and is often followed by the dreaded "I told you so."
Kids hate hearing this one.
That's why moms keep using it.
