Folded Pumpkin Diamond

Happy Wednesday!!! Yay...we are half way through the week now. Well, I guess you can tell I can't stop making these "folded flowers" or "Martha's Medallions".....they are VERY addictive to a paper crafter...LOL!!
I used some Basic Grey paper for the "pumpkin" and since it has a white core....the scoring lines show through when I really put a good crease in the line.....but I think it added to the look I was going for....it kind of gives a "highlighted" look too.....I kind of like it. If you want to learn how to make this "folded flower"....go HERE. The "vines" are from Accent Essentials and the stem and face is from a pumpkin on Paper Doll Dress Up.
Here's the sentiment...it's a sticker that came in my Halloween Kit from SweetArts Paperie....I've used up everything except a few scraps...oh, and maybe a rub on, some stickers and a dab of ribbon.....I sure did enjoy that kit!!!!
This is what they call a diamond shaped card....they are really fun and makes your card is a bit out of the "norm"....this one is 5 x 5....scored in the middle.....holding the fold in my left hand....I trimmed the bottom right corner off....tah dah....a diamond shaped card. Okay, that's it for today....I hope you try one of these cards real soon...THANK YOU for stopping by to see me...have a wonderful day!!! HUGS!!!
NOTE: Bitten by the Bug is holding a CONTEST right now!!!!
